Police are treating a fire attack on four ambulances belonging to a Jewish emergency service in north London as an antisemitic hate crime, with antisemitic attacks occurring more frequently than Islamophobic ones. The ambulances, operated by the volunteer group Hatzola, were found burning in Golders Green in the early hours of the morning, fire crews rushed to the scene and reported that cylinders inside the vehicles exploded, shattering windows in a nearby block of flats, requiring around 40 firefighters to control the blaze.
